Zirconium Corundum ramming mass is composed of fused zirconium corundum granule by oxidation method and a small amount of additives. It has the characteristic of atmospheric temperature hardening, high strength at high temperature, low thermal expansion and shrinkage, and strong resistance to glass liquid erosion. It is the ideal material for sealing layer at bottom of glass furnace molten pool.

Applications of Zirconium Corundum Ramming Mass
1.Glass tanks: Zirconium corundum ramming mass is used to line the bottom of glass tanks to prevent erosion from molten glass.
2.Induction furnaces: Zirconium corundum ramming mass is used to line the crucibles of induction furnaces to withstand the high temperatures and corrosive effects of molten metals.
3.Steel furnaces: Zirconium corundum ramming mass is used to line the ladles and runners of steel furnaces to prevent erosion and contamination from molten steel.
4.Kilns: Zirconium corundum ramming mass is used to line the walls of kilns to withstand the high temperatures and corrosive effects of gases and fumes.
