On March 26, we received a prepayment of USD 23802.30 for a total contract amount of USD 79341, which includes two of our flagship products: High Alumina Refractory Bricks and High-Performance Refractory Castables.

The Ecuadorian client operates a high-temperature industrial facility requiring reliable and efficient refractory solutions to withstand extreme heat, slag corrosion, and mechanical stress. 🔹 High Alumina Refractory Bricks
High Alumina Bricks are a key product in our portfolio. These bricks are manufactured using premium-grade bauxite clinker, combined with soft clay and eco-friendly binder. After undergoing high-pressure molding, drying, and firing at temperatures of 1500–1600°C in a tunnel kiln, the final product exhibits outstanding thermal and mechanical properties.
Key Features:
High Fire Resistance: With a refractoriness of 1750–1790°C, they outperform traditional clay and semi-silica bricks.
Excellent Load Softening Temperature: Due to the high Al₂O₃ content and minimal impurities, these bricks maintain structural integrity at 1420–1550°C under heavy loads.
Strong Slag Resistance: Ideal for harsh working environments where resistance to both acidic and mildly alkaline slags is essential.
Chemical Stability: The bricks show excellent performance against corrosion, oxidation, and reduction reactions in industrial furnaces and kilns.
We supplied Grade I high alumina bricks for this project, with Al₂O₃ content exceeding 75%, offering superior durability and thermal stability.
🔹 Refractory Castables
Complementing the brickwork, our customized refractory castables were selected for areas requiring seamless linings with high resistance to abrasion, chemical attack, and thermal shock. These materials were tailored according to the client’s furnace design and operational temperatures.
